4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by contacting our customer service directly. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
